Is a written contract offered?
Yes, all of our clients are offered a written contract to secure the event. 
 
Is a deposit required for booking?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
 
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, liability insurance is very important and protects the client as well as in case of an accident. 
 
Who will be the DJ at the event? 
We have many professional DJ's to choose from and the correct DJ will be allocated to best fit your event.
 
Will there be a set up fee?
No, there is no setup fee charged as most setups only take 1 hour to set up.
 
What will the DJ wear to the event?
All our DJ's are best dressed for all occasions and we take pride in our appearance.
 
Is there an overtime charge?
Yes, there is a standard R800.00 per hour overtime fee once the contract expires.
 
Can the client meet the DJ that will be performing at our event?
Yes, it is policy that all our clients meet with their DJ before the event to discuss details and create a rock solid bond.
 
Is there a travel charge for long distances?
Yes, for all events that are 50km or more outside of Cape Town and surrounds. AA rates will apply.
 
Can guests make requests?
Yes, we encourage guests to make requests as long as it is within the same genre as the client specified. 
 
Will backup equipment be available?
Yes, all of our DJ's have backup equipment on site to ensure a hassle free event.
 
Will there be a cordless mic available for speeches?
Yes, we offer top quality Shure cordless mics for speeches and blessings.
 
Is the DJ equipment professional?
Yes, we only use the best professional industry standard equipment to ensure you a hassle free event.
 
Is a ceremony sound system and ceremony music available?
Yes, we provide the perfect ceremony sound package system for outdoor and indoor ceremonies.
